THE CAST OF BUFFY is getting up there in age... Happy birthday to Alyson Hannigan who turns a ripe 40 today. Can you believe that? I know I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around the concept that Willow is now middle-aged.
     A great big thank you to YD for doing me a solid and aging Alyson in Photoshop and giving us a preview of what she may look like in another 15 to 20 years from now.

JULIANNE MOORE BEACH BOUND

I LOVE REDHEADS. One of my favorite redheads in the world happens to be actress, Julianne Moore. I'm assuming that she's in the the throes of menopause given that she is 52 years old. I don't think it has slowed her down though. She looks awesome rockin' that black bikini top in Hawaii. Too bad that she's wearing shorts instead of a bikini bottom–I would have like to have seen a little more of her.

It pains me to say that she may have succumbed to the pressures of being a Hollywood star and got herself "Botoxified." It is an activity that I am totally against. Does her face not look stiff and frozen here? Aargh! What have you done Rose? I believe that it acts as a disservice to you. If anything, it refocuses attention to the parts of you that ARE aging such as your lids, your bags and sags (as illustrated). And is that collagen I see in your lips? Keep 'em natural! Keep everything natural. Let nature run its course! That's what I say. You are prematurely aging yourself. Everyone knows that I love and appreciate the older woman as well as the younger woman but I could have waited at least another 10 years to see you like this. You're stil beautiful and you're still on my "to do" list but please, don't touch that face! Or that body! BTW, your breasts look spectacularly supple.

When Talented Photogs Get Curiously Creative

IT'S ALWAYS A PLEASURE to find pretty, young women photographers who are just crazy enough and curious enough to visualize their own future.

Case in point, Emily Cromarty of the UK. This gorgeous specimen of a human being decided that she needed to see what she'd look like 25 years down the line. She took her sharp, observant eye and applied her Photoshop skills on one of her self-portraits. The result? A visual treat for those of us fascinated with age progression of the female variety.

Time's got nothing on Ginger Spice. It's Geri Halliwell's birthday today and she's just 2 years shy of the big four-O, turning 38.
     Gotta say, she's in the best shape she's ever been and still quite fetching. Will the same be said of her ten years from now?
